Question 1: Why was this game important to you? This game was important because i love to play God with smaller life forms. Question 2: From a Design Perspective, What made the game fun? One of the first commercial game titles to successfully incorporate Artifical life into an enjoyable gaming experience.
Question 1: Why was this game important to you? This was the first real time strategy game, and a relatively faithful translation of the epic sci-fi classic. Question 2: From a Design Perspective, What made the game fun? Resource gathering, Building Construction and miniature warfare. This was a briiliant mix of new technology and old school ideas.
Question 1: Why was this game important to you? This game is just funny as hell Question 2: From a Design Perspective, What made the game fun? It's unique interaction between the two main characters and their enviroment is still memorable. As well as the mini game "Car Bomb" which plays just like battleship.
Question 1: Why was this game important to you? It was the first LucasArts games i had the oppurtunity to play, and still one of the best. Highly Original. Question 2: From a Design Perspective, What made the game fun? Perhaps the best design aspect of this game was the use of musical scale for spell casting and general game play. As you advanced in the story you learned how to produce different notes, and how the combination of those notes resulted in a magical action
Question 1: Why was this game important to you? This was the first game i really played, and one that has stuck with me since those early days. Question 2: From a Design Perspective, What made the game fun? It's original character concepts, interactive enviroments and 'quest' system.
