Important deadlines for the first JordanCon art show.

JordanCon will reimburse artists for un-used shipping fees and art sales less commission by no later than 30 days after the show.

Artists should collect any remaining art and checkout at the Art Show between the hours of 1 PM and 3 PM on Sunday, April 22. We hope you had a great time! Please be aware that any art remaining in the room at 3 PM will be removed by the art show staff to facilitate tear down.

The first JordanCon art show ends at 1 PM on Sunday, April 22. Artists should begin checking their art out of the show after 1 Pm.

The Art show opens at 10 AM on Sunday, but will close at 1 PM. If you won art in the silent auction, please go pick it up prior to 1 PM, Sunday.

The Art Show Silent Auction ends an hour before the Dealer Hall closes, at 5 PM. Get your last bids in prior to 5 PM ET.

Art show hours on Saturday are 10 AM to 7 PM, but the Silent Auction ends two hours before closing, at 5 PM. Get your last bids in prior to 5 PM ET.

Art show opens and silent bidding begins at 2:30 PM on Friday, April 20.

Artists should bring their art to the Dealers Hall to check in between 10 AM and 2 PM ET on Friday, Apr. 20. We'll give you your control sheet to review and sign (based on the art you submitted via the online submission form), as well as your bid sheets.

All artists, mail-in or attending, must submit a list of pieces they will be displaying in the JordanCon Art Show by April 13, 2012. The art submission form can be found at the link below.

The deadline for reserving your display space is March 30, 2012. To register and purchase your display space, follow the link below. After you have reserved your space, use the Art Submission form to submit a list of the pieces you expect to show.

Mail-in artists can begin shipping their art to JordanCon after this date. All art by mail-in artists must be sent to us between Mar. 20 and Mar. 30, 2012.

The Art Show committee meets to discuss current artists and the status of space in the show. If too many artists have already committed, we will have to bump mail-in artists, but it isn't likely to be an issue.
