Final Fantasy VIII is as good as the other Final Fantasy series in many ways. The character design and the development of their emotions throughout the game is outstanding. The game makes it feel as if your part of the game. It is as if you were the main character struck into a world of fantasy and chaos.

ToeJam & Earl was one of the first free-roaming games I have ever played. It was very new to me and my experience with video games. The character design was lacking a little bit; while the gameplay in itself was simple, yet elegant in a number of ways. I particularly enjoyed the way you could use a number of items to vanquish your enemies, or just simply use your rocket skates to get a quick get-a-way.
