He was sailing and a big wave came and made his boat tip over onto its side and everything was a mess with water on the ceiling, all his belongings were everywhere around the place, everything was wet and he had to fix everything...
For Jesse it first seemed possible to sail around the world when he went on a trip with his dad and someone named Beau to North Queensland. They lived on a basic diet, encountered sharks and crocodiles, were by themselves for 2 months and all on a 14 foot boat.
He raised his money by getting sponsorships and by raising funds by himself. But most of his money came from his mother taking out a second mortage on the house. This was all very hard to get.
Jesse took many supplies on his journey including many different items. His clothes he took were warm clothes and cold clothes for the varies conditions he faced and he also took various electronic equipment. He had to wash himself and his things in the rain. It was hard to find a way to store his electronics because he thought the moisture and salt would affect the machines.
