Analysis of <A HREF="http://www.envirostor.dtsc.ca.gov/public/profile_report.asp?global_id=60000899&cmd=community_involvement">41 reports</A> KB Home supplied to DTSC as part of a âVoluntary Cleanup Agreementâ for Runkle Canyon in December 2007. The DTSC had just become the lead agency to oversee a new agreement that would clean up the Santa Susana Field Laboratory up to strict EPA Superfund standards and leave the remediated Rocketdyne lab undeveloped and donated to the state as parkland or open space.
A document analyzing these documents was submitted in part to DTSC on July 3, 2008 as a document with a number of reports not fully examined. <A HREF="http://www.enviroreporter.com/"><em>EnviroReporter.com</em></A> re-submitted a complete analysis of the 41 documents KB Home provided to DTSC on July 7, 2007.
