Dennis DeWitt (Pres), Ronald Kendall (SVP), Douglas Wiklerson (VP & Treas.)
Approx. year. 60/40 -- Jean Farley owns majority of Luckett & Farley.
Changed the name to Luckett & Farley Architects, Engineers, and Construction Managers.
4th at Market St. Since been demolished.
Following William O'Toole's passing, TD. Luckett becomes President, asks Jean Farley to become Vice President. Ownership was split 60/40.
O'Toole's estate was paid $18,687 for his shares in the company.

Upon J.C. Murphy's death.
His estate was paid $1,147 for his interest in the Company.
...upon D.X. Murphy's death.
Date when DX Murphy moved into this office space is unknown.
James Cornelius Murphy (1864-1935) and
Peter Murphy (1868-1955) become partners.
Whitestone separates from Rogers.
Louisville office is formed. Henry Whitestone (1819-1893) is relocated to Louisville to work on renovations to the original Galt House as well as the Louisville Hotel.
