LaDainian Tomlinson has proven himself worthy of the title as the NFL’s best player. Year after year he has consistently gotten better. In just seven seasons, L.T. is already the Chargers’ all-time leading rusher, has been named to four Pro Bowls and has rushed for 1,200 yards in all six of his NFL seasons.
Known as a triple threat, on October 16, 2005, in a Chargers victory over the Oakland Raiders, L.T. became the 7th player in NFL history to run, catch and throw for a touchdown in the same game.
Poised once again at the top of the league with his growing recognition as the leagues best back, L.T. along with his high powered offense and stingy defense are on their way to the playoffs.
Football is not L.T’s only focus. In 2005, L.T. finished his degree and graduated from Texas Christian University. In addition, Tomlinson continues to do great things in the community through the Tomlinson’s Touching Lives Foundation. All in all, L.T. aspires to be a great individual and team player both on and off the field.
