• ADA Amendment Act
  2008

  Revised the definition of disability to include impairments that largely limit a major of life activity. In addition, the amendment include assistive devices, auxiliary aids, accommodations, medical therapies and supplies (not including eyeglasses or eye contacts) have no bearing in determining disabilities qualifications.
