11 students plan to kill their elementary school teacher. The students had a thoughtout plan involving a knife, duct tape, handcuffs, ribbon and a heavy crystal paperweight. Luckily the plan was foiled when one student ratted out the other students to the princpal. There has been three confirmed victims from the same killer and a fourth victim was found also believed to be another victim from the same serial killer but that has not been officially confirmed. Police state that the killer is believed to be just a regular citizen and could be living right next door. This statement made some uneasy about the situation some people might start being more suspicious of their neighbors or even wrongly accuse them.
