The last day I woke up and I was extremely sad to leave. For one Spain and Paris were amazing and I cannot believe how beautiful they are in their own ways. I also was sad that I had to leave Mike. It had been three months sense we last saw each other, and that week reiterated how much I need him in my life. Total I traveled about 11,500 miles. It was completely worth it and I cannot wait to go back again soon.
One place that was open, oddly enough was TGI Firday's. Mike made me go there because he said I did not eat anything all week and we needed to go somewhere that I would for sure like the food. Of course I did, but I enjoyed the food all week long.
That night there was a soccer game so the streets were crowed with excited fans.
It was finally time to get some food. We also need to get our stuff from his Madre's house because we had left a lot there for our trip to Paris. Valencia is a beautiful place, and I want to go back to see more of Spain.
Mike and I woke up at 9am, our goal was to get breakfast because we were extremely hungry from the night before. It was a huge fail because him and I both passed out until 4pm later that day. It was nice just hanging out and talking. Three months is way to long to go without seeing the person you are in love with.
Then we were out of the night for more fun in the city of Valencia. We went to a little bar and a club. Woka Woka was the song of the night. We had a ton of fun.
Everything in Valencia seems to shut down at an early hour. So there we were, without drinks for the evening. It would not have been a big deal, but we promised Fransisco that we would pick him up some beverages for the night. So there I was, sprinting down the streets of Valencia trying to make it to the market in time... I used to run long distance. It is not my forte anymore.
We arrived in Spain, once again and we were tired from our travels. Siestas in Spain are highly recommended.
It was time to fly back to Valencia and the night before we bought a fifth of absolute. We did not even crack it open and due to alcohol abuse we felt guilty just throwing it away. So there we were, in the middle of the airport passing a fifth back and fourth. We only had 35 min to kill it, and due to our mad MSU skills we finished it! I really just could not believe I was drinking in the airport at 8am....
It was time to eat again. I do not know what it was about this trip, but the food killed me. There we were standing in line to order pizza from a place called Speed Rabbit Pizza. They delved the pizza on little mopeds with warming baskets on the back. It was the most amazing thing I have even seen and the pizza tasted great!
We continued walking around Paris, it got dark quickly. Then it began to show as we walked through the village de noel. It was so beautiful and the shopping was wonderful.
We also visited the arc de triomphe.
It was finally time to see the Eiffel Tower. Yes, I was "that guy" and I was super excited. I took some amazing pictures!

After we checked in, we decided it was time to venture out and find a place to eat. Once again it was a struggle because we needed to find somewhere that could speak some English because we new there was no way we can manage to order all of our food in French. We ended up eating at this cute little restaurant. I had beef with an egg and he had lamb. I think after this trip I am now becoming a vegetarian.
Of course our second flight was delayed, and after flying 900 miles or so we ended up lading around 10pm. Figuring out how to get around Paris was really fun. I speak like three words in French, and he does not speak any. So there we were in the middle of the metro, speaking to a nice man trying to decided what language we wanted to use, English, French, or Spanish. He directed us the correct way and from then on out we understood the metro. We got to the station where our hotel was and as I walked the streets of Paris I was truly amazed.

No that we had all day, we decided it was time, once again to get food. I was starving and breakfast in Europe is small. It is not easy to find eggs and hash browns. So we walked around looking for somewhere to eat and he showed me his life that he lived daily in Spain. I was in awww, and jealous that I have not yet studied abroad. For breakfast ended up eating a croissant and café con leche.
Mike and I woke up bright and early to catch out plain to Paris. I was super excited, of course and we were running a little late. We arrive at the airport in rust, but able to make it to our plain, and the desk refused to give us our tickets, that we already paid for. So there we were, in the middle in Valencia, not on our plain to Paris.
I am a very picky eater, and finding anything I like is a challenge. For our first meal we ate at a little restaurant near his madres house. I had spaghetti. It was different, but I actually liked it.
After we wondered the city I got the chance to meet my boyfriends Madre. This is who he has been living with all semester. Although she did not speak any English, she was very nice and put up with how terrible my Spanish skills are.

We checked into the hostel and headed out into the city. There we did some shopping. My favorite place was El Corte Ingles. They had everything a girl could want in this store!
After a very long journey of 5,000 plus miles and missing my flight to Valencia, I arrived at 9:40am. My goals of this trip were to see my boyfriend, and tour Spain, and France for the first time.
