Edward ("Ned") Stewart dies age 62 years, 4 mos and 21 days. Wheeler's History of Stonington [page 607] says, "He was a farmer by occupation, and all who knew him loved him."

Some sources list Dudley's year of birth as 1820 but his gravestone lists the year as 1822. No birth record has been found. His marriage and death record says "of North Stonington".
