At Mosaic, in the next decade we will... • Find beautiful land in the East Bay hills for a permanent Outdoor School site where we can run programs year round. • Expand our In-School Project, bringing the comprehensive program into every one of our partner schools. • Offer additional programs for our middle school alumni (e.g. weekend retreats, summer programs) to better support them until they are old enough to join our Youth Leadership Project. • Continue to develop the Mosaic Consulting Project (MCP), our adult education arm, as a unique community building model. As organizations invest in their employees, they also invest in their community by helping to fund our youth programs. • Serve as a model for national and international replication. At Mosaic, we… • Launch the Mosaic Consulting Project (MCP), our adult education arm. Net proceeds from MCP directly fund Mosaic's youth programs. • Run 10 sessions of our Outdoor School, serving 876 4th and 5th graders from our 24 partner schools, 133 Youth Leaders, and 67 teachers. • Expand our In-School Project, serving 3,622 students and 251 teachers through 127 programs in our partner schools. • Facilitate Community Meet-Ups after our fall and spring Outdoor School seasons, enabling students to reconnect with the new friends they just met and introduce their families to each other.
