  Price Club, Zellers, and Club Z opened. These type of store want customers to always return, not just visit once.

• Metrotown
  1986

  Metrotown shopping mall opened in 1986 in Burnaby B.C, has over 450 stores, theatre and more.

  Superstores were introduced which had basically everything in them. West Edmonton Mall also opened in this time.
