Dec 11, 2007The last month was spend talking with most of you about where we wanted to take the Guild as a whole.
Now that we struck out on our own, and have a new group of talented people that have joined up, it's time to share (and debate) the 2008 Vision for Despised.
Karazhan:
- We are ahead of schedule on getting the 3rd group going.
- We will be mixing the groups up shortly to make sure people get a chance to play with others and it doesn't become "cliquish".
- With #2 in mind, we will be aiming for 3 equally strong/balanced groups, so that we are all full clearing on a regular basis, and upgrading our gear via drops and Badge rewards.
Zul'Aman:
- We will be shifting our focus to ZA more in the upcoming year. We'll use the rest of December and the first week of January to finish gearing people up, before we make an all out switch.
- 2 ZA groups will be running. (We'll hopefully be having 3 four-hour Kara clear groups by this time to free up the schedule).
Gruul's (25-mans in General):
- We'll finally start this up. While the rewards won't be ZA quality, they will be close, and it will be a fun time.
- Raid Leaders wanted (I have an eye on you Gohei and Andarian). If anyone is interested and has experience, let me know.
I'm open to discussion about any or all of this. Obviously we're hoping to ramp up our progression; however, I still want to keep the attitude we've always had.
Real Life always comes first, and we will try to accommodate as many people as possible.

Dec 3, 2007For roughly the last 9 months, I have been your Guild Master, and it's been a privilege for me to have you all around. You helped this Guild grow and succeed, and I thank you for that.
Recently, there have been issues that have surfaced, and people are unhappy with the direction I've provided.
I'm resigning as GM and reforming under the name: Despised; I will be changing the Ventrilo password and the URL of this website once it is established.
I encourage anyone who wants to continue being part of the Guild with me to come along. For those that are staying in Outcast, thank you all for the great memories, and I wish you the best of luck.
