Being woken by a baby at 5:30am can be hard, but this Saturday we needed to get up and get to the Farmers Market. Our day starts with feeding the dog, and starting the potty training process with our 3 month old. We then get in the car and head out to the market, discussing the importance of locally grown, pesticide free, organic food. Local food is very important to us. We try and visit the Farmers Market once a week to support local farmers. We arrive at the Matthews Community Farmers Market in Matthews, North Carolina. We speak with a few of the local farm and bakery owners, and sample some fresh tomatoes at the tomato tasting contest. They are playing and experimenting with vocalizations. We started holding Kaemon over the potty while making a cueing sound when he was 6 days old. now he knows to try pooping or peeing when ever we try holding him over the potty. We hold him over whenever we change his diaper. Usually right after feedings. So far we catch 3 out of 4 poops in a day. (well usually at night.) We even catch one or two pees! What a smart boy! To those non believers......it DOES actually work!

Everything was fine today and he was feeling normal until around 9 pm when I noticed that he was walking on his back knuckle. I took him to the emergency vet around 9:30 and stayed there until 2pm. They couldn't find anything wrong with him [ bone-wise ] but they said it might have something to do with his nerves and such... They gave me Amoxi drops and Prednisone tablets and I am just sitting here crossing my fingers that he gets better. RESULT I took him to the vet and got some form of steroid for him ( So I am not sure if it's something that you can sit and wait for it to go away ) But my dog recovered 100% except he forgot his potty training and I had to retrain him all over again oh and now when he pees he starts walking when he is half way done. ( I don't know if that is related. ) Vet said it's possibly pinched nerves but they weren't 100% sure since they couldn't do neurology test on him ( I didn't want to spend thousands on neurology ) I've asked on forums and such and many people had similar experiences but they all said their dogs recovered ( some within a day and some take weeks. ) Mine took about three weeks
