Aaron Shock was spotted by a photog in DC. TMZ got the footage, said he was a hottie. TMZ asked who had better abs, the President, Barack Obama, or the Congressman from the 18th District. Peoria's Aaron Shock then appeared on CNN, where he turned down an offer to show the goods. Then TMZ found a photo of a shirtless Aaron Shock, lookin' oiled-up, next to the pool.. He was declared the winner.
