From the Spindrift album "Songs Of The Ancient Age", the video for "Adavan Diazapan" was directed by Louise Fenton. The footage is a collection of 1950's - 1970's super 8 film clips she culled from her own family archives. The visual effects are the result of naturally occurring degradation of the film in its original 8mm state. While this combination of mold, rot and light damage is certainly a shame, it makes for some creepy and very unique psychdelia!
