Ahmed Best (born August 19, 1973) is a voice actor most famous for his role as Jar Jar Binks in the Star Wars prequel trilogy (1999-2005), for which he "won" a Golden Raspberry in 1999. He was cast as Jar Jar after casting director Robin Gurland saw how loose and lanky he was during a performance of musical group STOMP.
