Sol-Deace for Sega Genesis (also known as Sol-Feace for Sega CD) is another bullet-crazy space shooter. This time however, the game doesn't loop, so I actually had to learn how to point-press in order to break the record. I only beat it by about 12K, because the previous player set the bar rather high!

An on air promo for Gall Force: Eternal Story on Sci-Fi. Another one I haven't seen in over a decade.
Here's the little promo before the movie on the once awesome Saturday Anime on the Sci-Fi Channel. Tho I have this anime on vhs, I haven't watched it in well over a decade and thus, have no recollection of if it's even any good.

WARNING: Extreme language, vulgar themes, and other content that is in this video. I'm not going to be held accountable for your actions. Oh yea, I actually show real anger in this vid... which is kinda rare now that you think about it. Due to some inexplicable force of Divine Intervention (Telling Haruhi Suzumiya that the Hare Hare Yukai is the most overrated dance in all of anime), My original video has been interspliced with this vlog set to the tines of... um... Super Melty Blood Land? Also, this video might end up being pulled because of "copyright infringement"... even though the footage here is considdered public domain anyways and that I have no intention on making a fucking DVD out of this for money. ..but still, I press on anyways to push the message that Viacom's lawsuit (which happened to have the gall to occur right on Canada Day), and their pathetic attempts to gain the IP Addresses of all Youtube users is motherfucking retarded and that Viacom should stop being a bunch of greedy cockbags. ...you're only crying wolf Also, link to the Viacom logo in MUGEN form: www.freewebs.com And oh yea, this is MUGEN... a highly customizable fighting engine... and it's the platforming part that's broken... not the character itself.

One of the catchiest anime tunes ever. Sorry about the quality, it's the best I can do at present.
From 1986 the first anime "hard science fiction" movie. An ancient war rages between the all-female Solnoid race and the bio-mechanical Paranoid civilization. One crew of young women find themselves pawns in the plans of the high commands of BOTH sides.

I saved the best for last. Bubblegum Crisis was introduced to me by a good friend of mine. It was this show that brought me back into anime. I have the vinyl model kits of Sylia, Priss, Linna, and Nene. I did not finish painting Nene because I had other projects going on. I have two t-shirts which one I wear and the other I keep for collection. I have artbooks and music cds from Bubblegum Crisis, Bubblegum Crash, Riding Bean, and most of the Gall Force series. I have many artbooks and music cds from other anime shows such as Iczer, Iczer Three, Iczelion, Gundam, and You're Under Arrest to name a few.

For animators wanting to animate big ships, for artists wanting to draw massive fleet battles, and for film makers wanting to see some inspiration - this is for you. Basically, a collection of the biggest and most well-drawn ships I could find, all stuck together in one place for easy access and with some nice music so you don't get too bored. Star Wars is reknowned for having the best space battles in history, and this should also hopefully show that Japanese animation (the golden age 80s-90s stuff, when it looked amazing. Unlike the poorly-scrawled, detail-less digital rubbish they pass off as anime these days) holds its own in terms of sheer scale and ridiculously detailed art (oh, and some ridiculously nice animation, too). You certainly won't be seeing anything this nice in modern anime, and that's for sure. If you like the look of any of the stuff you see here... get down to a rental shop and watch them! Here's what you see on this video: Music: Ozzy Osbourne - "My Jekyll Doesn't Hide." Gackt - "Death Wish." Video: Project A-Ko (movie, 1986) Gunbuster (not the poor-looking new one) - (video series, 1988) Gall Force - Eternal Story (Movie, 1986) Gall Force - Destruction (Video, 1987) The Empire Strikes Back (Movie, 1980) Return of the Jedi (Movie, 1983) Macross - Do You Remember love? (Movie, 1984) Macross II - Lovers Again (Video, 1992) Sol Bianca (Video, 1990) Babylon 5 (1994)

Based on anime of same name. (Gall force was my first subtitled anime VHS tape) This game has many shot patterns depending on power up and character you use. each stage is divided into space and ground part. space part has hidden crew member you need to unlock. ground part has more power up items and player change item (you need to unlock the crew first). only 1 member is hidden per stage, so you don't need to go into space part again in that stage.
