Yields: 10 servings Ingredients: 8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled; reserve 1 tsp. drippings 1 large sweet onion, chopped 1 (53oz.) can pork and beans, drained 1 (9oz.) jar mango chutney 3 pickled jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped 1 cup molasses ¼ cup brown sugar, firmly packed 2 tsp. hot sauce Preparation Directions: ~ Sauté onion in hot drippings until tender. ~ In a large bowl mix together onion, beans, chutney, jalapeno peppers, molasses, brown sugar and hot sauce. Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with bacon. ~ Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly.
