PLEASE READ...Part 1. This is a documentary of another relief effort I've organized by sending money to Haiti to purchase raw food, have them cooked and served to hungry earthquake victims. On the day this video was shot, 275 children were served a warm home cooked meal and cup of fresh squeezed fruit juice. This effort cost $500 and 600 people were fed from it. So far 800 meals have been distributed in two different places. This is just one man's effort. I don't have a big organization collecting relief funds, I have more ideas if you do and would like to include me. Much more can be done if more people get involved. The media is not reporting the hundreds of thousands of displaced people that until this day have not yet received any relief aides. These people are in dire need of basic necessities to survive. They need food, clean water, shelter from the elements, good ideas to help improve their conditions. Many hands lighten the load.

--Operation Many Hands— Several hundred millions of dollars have been donated to numerous non-profit organizations around the world to assist the victims of Haiti's earthquake. However, a very small and almost ineffective portion of that relief effort has been getting to the people that are truly in need. Many claimed that its an issue of logistics, saying its hard to move food and medical supplies to affected areas. But my reasoning will not allow me to accept that as truth. So I decided to launch my own effort to see how I can help. In so doing, I sent $150 to a family member in Haiti to purchase raw foods, water and necessary supplies (all of which can still be purchased in Haiti today), neighbors and friends involved to assist with cooking and packaging as they too are guaranteed a meal while helping their fellow Haitians. And with the assistance of a small non-funded organization there, a warm home cook meal of rice and beans, chicken and salad along with a serving of water was served to 100 people the first day and 85 more the next. This video documented the 2nd day of that effort.Now if a few more people would get involve and do something similar, we will not only help many more of those in need, but will also help move the Economy of Haiti as well by purchasing products still available in the country. ---------- "Give a man a fish; you feed him for a day.
