So I was able to wait it out until after my sister's wedding. No, really, I did my big chop the day after my sister's wedding. There was something about the way my natural hair looked after taking out my micro braids that made me feel good about cutting off all the relaxed ends. I had to return home the following morning so I took out my twist and got the opinions of some close friends. It helps when you have women around you going through the same thing as you! Enjoy.
