My blackberry storm running v4.7.0.85 Newest version leaked off Crackberry. Sorry for the slow accelerometer, i was holding the phone backwards and looking at the screen to know what to press and where to put my fingers, and wasnt paying attention to the fact my blackberry was not sitting upright, not telling the accelerometer to respond. I got my hands on .76 today, not much different than .75, but still video-worthy!
UPDATE: This was an issue caused by incorrect voltage due to the use of a non-official charger. A battery pull corrected it. My coveted BlackBerry Storm's touch screen just started malfunctioning. This is greatly upsetting. Please excuse the blurry video. The camera didn't seem to want to focus, even in macro mode.
Frankly, I'm suprised this made it into a release version of software. I will be uploading more videos of the phone as I can organize them into short topics. UPDATE 12/3/2008: I updated to the (unreleased) 4.7.0.75 revision of the software and these problems show little to no improvement over the video. My attempt at typing the ever famous "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" in the full QWERTY keyboard on the BB Storm 9530 from VZW. Great phone overall, but if you are a txting/messaging/emailing fiend (as I have recently discovered myself to be after using this phone) then it probably isn't for you. UPDATE: I actually returned the Storm and Exchanged it for a Curve. The storm is too laggy and unfinished and it took 2 1/2 weeks to come to that realization. Initial impressions were good but after a while it got too repetitive and annoying....buyer beware
BlackBerry Cool takes a look at the Telus BlackBerry Storm and its copy and paste function, something the iPhone 3G still doesn't have, even with the 2.2 update!
