This is the latest release from Walter Bidén Productions. Who Killed Bob Marley - is an animated documentary that compile conspiracy theories, rumours and facts about the death of reggae legend Bob Marley. All is presented by the presumably (at least in his own consideration) world renowned music journalist and movie maker Walter Bidén. "This is a 9-year-project finally afloat", says animator/director Patrik Agemalm. We've put so much love and effort into the Walter character that he actually came alive". "We came up with the idea for the movie after seeing Kurt & Courtney by Nick Broomfield", says writer/voice artist Fredrik Lindgårdh. "It was just hilarious that Nick was more on camera than his supposed suspects - we just had to do something with that". The final result is of course a collective effort - considering all the years gone by. Patrik Agemalm (Director/animator), Fredrik Lindgårdh (Writer/Voice Artist), Calle Nathansson (writer), Anders Eriksson (writer), Mats Jernudd (executive producer), Erik Holmberg (soundtrack). She is the supreme lyricist of the last 25 years. The 21st Century Bob Marley' is what some call her. Her flow is so sick that I'll let her describe herself: Yeah in saloons we drink Boone's and battle goons till high noon, Bust rap toons on flat spoons, take no shorts like poon poon's. See hoochies pop coochies, for Gucci's and Lucci Find me in my Mitsubishi, eatin' sushi, bumpin' Fugees. Hey Hey Hey Try to take the crew and we don't play play Say say say Like Paul McCartney, not hardly, ODD-ly enough I can see right through your bluff Niggas huff and they puff but they can't handle us, WE BUST Cause we fortified, I could never hide, seen "Cooley High", Cried when Cochise died. I'm twisted, black-listed by some other negroes, Don't remove my Polos on the first episode. Ha Ha Ha Ha, You shouldn't diss refugees, and Ha Ha Ha Ha, You whole sound set's bootie, and Ha Ha Ha Ha, You have to respect JERSEY, cause I'm superfly when I'm super-high on the Fu-Gee-La. World-famous Haitian Reggae artist, BélO made his second tour date in Tampa, Florida since he first graced the area during Arte Week, November 16, 2007. The band was amazing w/Reggae, rock, Konpa, roots, jazz, vodou rhythms! Backstage was awesome with a birds-eye view of BélO, the band, backup singers & the audience. It was awesome to see such a diverse audience, especially considering most of the songs are sung in French-Creole. In this video, BélO leads the audience in singing Redemption Song by Bob Marley, one of BélO's childhood heroes. For more on BélO, logon his official website, www.belohaiti.com & Myspace, http Backgrounder: BélO, Haitian international singer-songwriter, captured the Radio France International "Découvertes" Award in 2006 as well as a tour of 11 different African nations with his debut album" LAKOU TRANKIL". BélO's sophomore album, "REFERENCE," has solidified his status as a socially conscious songwriter with a sophisticated sound. The recording delivers a sublime mixture of Jazz, Worldbeat, Rock, Reggae and Afro-Haitian traditional rhythms (a music genre BélO calls "Ragganaga"-mix of reggae and nanga-acoustic and folk). BélOs mesmerizing vocals have been compared to Bob Marley and Peter Gabriel, but on Reference his voice is unquestionably his own. BélO continues to thrill audiences across the globe and actively seeks new opportunities to bring his music and message of peace to the world. BélO is the voice against Haitis suffering.
From the album: Chant Down Babylon AWESOME REMIX!!
An outtake of one of Marley's best early songs, recorded for Jamaica's legendary Studio One about 1965. This is pure Jamaican SOUL, not ska, rocksteady or reggae. This particular version appeared from the vaults in the 90s and has some different adlibs to the released one. I like the line "Sun come burn me / The rain comes with me" and the way he sings "crying" right at the end. The song owes something to Billy Stewart's soul classic "Sitting in the Park". If you don't recognise Bob's voice it's because he lowered it to fit the new three part harmony style pioneered by The Impressions. The original Wailers were a vocal group, not a band.
Summer 2008 in Barcelona! Isn't he amazing?
My cover of Redemption Song by Bob Marley.
This is a little messy. My voice is so freaky. The picture is really classic. But this song makes me so happy! Please rate, sorry for the mistakes. Bob Marley- Time talking by (Time will tell) Other Voice Of Bob Marley CD
I realized i played the wrong chords in the verses after I put it up. oh well..new version.
Please excuse my horrible singing on this video. My daughter Johannah said, "well, Dad, it's horrible, but it's not atrocius...there's a lot worse out there!" OK, fair enough! Zimbabwe is one of my favorite Bob Marley songs--perhaps given new urgency given the very difficult situation in that country. I often search around for Bob Marley covers and unreleased material. I noticed that this song has few covers by You-Tube musicians (I could only find 2 or 3). The chord progression is somewhat difficult. I hope my tutorial will encourage some more talented players to make a few more versions. I cannot really play the guitar or sing--I just goof around outside on the front porch in the summers--usually after a few beers--playing a few chords here and there. So sorry about the poor technique. I did try CAPO-ing up to the fifth and the seventh fret. The 7th fret is the Ukelele fret (except that the F# isn't a drop octave--just regular--but it's the same notes). If you are a guy with a deep voice, you might try that against the high chords. Fret 5 didn't sound all that great--it's not quite right for the minor key sound... The song is Zimbabwe. The artist is Bob Marley and the Wailers. It is an Island Release. Island is a division of DEF JAM RECORDS. DEF JAM is a division of UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP, a partner of YOU-TUBE, which is invited to post this video at its discretion.

PLEASE WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY Eric on itunes www.apple.com Eric on Myspace www.myspace.com This video documents a very special event in my musical life. Junior Marvin is a superb musician, with a career worthy of envy and admiration. Yet, the man is incredibly humble and generous with his knowledge and experience. He's an inspiration to me, and now he is also a friend. Many thanks to Junior for taking time out of his crazy schedule to perform with me. I'm very excited to share this video with all of you. And, yeah, I know that we did "Moonlight" before... But this was one of Junior's favorites from my album, and he definitely helped us to put a unique spin on it. Of course, I also must thank Daunte who is a GENIUS on the piano. Hope you all enjoy watching it, as much as we enjoyed performing it. PS Buy my album... like right now.
I recorded this at home and since there was no actual instrumental for it, I decided to do something more original and sing all the parts myself. This time, it's all about my voice and the mic...Not the best sound quality but oh well. Tell me what you think!!! RATE, COMMENT and SUBSCRIBE :) PS: Sorry about the video itself. Let's just say that I'm not a pro when it comes to editing and putting up pictures with visual effects :P

On the 25th of June Michael Jackson sadly joined the group. Some say they were too good for this world and God took music's "Big Three" in heaven because they were just too beautiful for this world. So now the list is complete King Of Rock, King Of Reggae, King Of Rap and Kind Of Pop are together in heaven after each one of them somehow changed the world. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- On June 25, 2009, Jackson collapsed at his rented mansion on North Carolwood Drive in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles. Attempts at resuscitating him by his personal physician were unsuccessful. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics received a 911 call at 12:21 pm (PDT), and arrived three minutes and seventeen seconds later at Jackson's location. He was reportedly not breathing and CPR was performed.[171] Resuscitation efforts continued both en route to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, and for an hour further after arriving at approximately 1:14 pm (20:14 UTC). He was noted to have already been in cardiac arrest by the paramedics who attended his house. Jackson was pronounced dead at approximately 2:26 pm local time.

great version. Bob's voice is a bit low. Ejoy !
I have tried to cover this classical bob's piece, so...i hope you enjoy it.
One of the best songs from one of my favourite artists. I thought I'd keep the guitar simple to concentrate on the voice. This was a bit of a challenge, but I'm satisfied with how it's come out. Hope you enjoy it! My youtube friend Nick (HarvestMoon713) sent me this info on the song; Though Bob Marley likely wrote the song himself, songwriter credits were given to "V. Ford". Vincent Ford was a friend of Marley's who ran a soup kitchen in Trenchtown, the ghetto of Kingston, Jamaica where Marley grew up. The royalty cheques received by Ford ensured the survival and continual running of his soup kitchen.
