This video was made while Sea Shepherd was in the Southern Ocean illegally harassing the Japanese mariners. The cowards have accelerated their attack upon the Japanese mariners by launching deadly projectiles. The projectiles themselves may be harmless. However once launched as a projectile with propulsion if it comes into contact with a human, can be deadly or cause serious injury. Sea Shepherd called off their illegal harassment early this season as they did the last whaling season. They have slithered to sanctuary in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. While Sea Shepherd is basking in Hobart, the Japanese continue their whaling. How many whales is Sea Shepherd saving while in dock in Hobart? Another failed anti whaling season. Bob Barker Confiscates Gill Net, Engages Whalers In the Southern Ocean today, at approximately 1200 (AEST), the Sea Shepherd vessel M/Y Bob Barker encountered the Yushin Maru 3, an illegal Japanese whale killing ship. The Yushin Maru 3 is the same vessel that intentionally rammed into the Bob Barker 19 days ago as the Sea Shepherd ship found the Japanese fleet for the second time and reinitiated the blockade of the Nisshan Maru—which functions as Japans illegal water-borne whale slaughterhouse. For nearly three weeks now, Sea Shepherd has halted the Japanese whale slaughter, which Japanese politicians and publicists claim is for research purposes despite the fact that the data collected is of no value to any independent scientific body. This is the first time in many days that Sea Shepherd activists have seen any ship in the illegal fleet other than the Nisshin Maru—and they were quick to take action. As the Bob Barker gave chase, they deployed a small inflatable boat which caught up with the Yushin Maru 3 and despite the whale killers use of water cannons and maneuvers through ice flows to try to discourage the five brave activists in the small boat, many stink bombs (made with rotten butter) successfully landed on the decks of the Yushin Maru 3. Chuck Swift, Captain of the M/Y Bob Barker, said, Our small boat crew did a spectacular job today. They acted bravely and, while not posing any physical danger to anyone, sent a strong (and strong smelling) message to these ...
The garbage scow Bob Barker belonging to Sea Shepherd (or "She" Shepherd?) rammed the Japanese Antarctic whale research ship Yushin Maru No.3. As of this posting no video from the Japanese is available. However viewing She Shepherd's video: www.youtube.com It is clear the two ships were sailing towards one another, when the Yushin Maru No.3 turned to the right, however not soon or fast enough to avoid the ramming by Sea Shepherd's Bob Barker. She Shepherd boast about the ships they have rammed in the past by posting on the side of their rust buckets the flags and names of their victim ships. One such victim they boast about ramming in the past was the "Yushin Maru No.3." The same ship they now claim rammed them. So if the Yushin Maru No.3 did ram them, how come the girly-men are whining about it when they did the same to that ship? During the recent incident with the sunken Ady Gil the Bob Barker was sailing under the Norwegian flag when it is registered in New Zealand. The Norwegain Foreign Minister sent Sea Shepherd a letter admonishing them for that. During this recent incident the Bob Barker garbage scow still have the Norwegian flag hoisted on their flag pole. At 1209 PM Fremantle, Australia time, the Yushin Maru 3 intentionally rammed the Sea Shepherd ship Bob Barker, penetrating it's hull and endangering the lives of it¹s crew. The collision occurred at 65 degrees 21 South, 67 degrees 58 East, about 180 miles off Cape Darnley in the Australian Antarctic Territory. The Bob Barker had been actively blocking the slipway of the Nisshin Maru, the Japanese whaling fleets factory ship when the collision occurred. Four harpoon ships, the Yushin Maru 1, 2, and 3 and Shonan Maru 2, were circling and making near passes to the stern and bow of the Sea Shepherd vessel. The Bob Barker did not move from its position. At which point, the Yushin Maru 3 intentionally rammed the Bob Barker, creating a 3-foot long 4-inch deep gash in the mid starboard side of the Sea Shepherd vessel above the waterline. The cowardly Japanese Propaganda site published that the Bob Barker Rammed their ship, but as you can see from the footage, this is again totally opposite from what actually happened, but what do you expect from honourless poachers...

NOTE -- Longer version here: www.youtube.com On January 6, 2010, Sea Shepherd's fast-intercept catamaran the Ady Gil was rammed by the Japanese whaling fleet's security vessel, the Shonan Maro No 2. The front 8 feet or so of the Ady Gil was sheared off, and one crew member suffered broken ribs. All crew were rescued by the M/V Bob Barker. This video shows the collision from two angles and was put together from videos released by both Sea Shepherd and the ICR. (videos synchronized by Eric Cheng, head photographer for the 2008-2009 anti-whaling campaign)
In an unprovoked attack captured on film, the Japanese whaling fleets ship Shonan Maru No. 2 deliberately rammed and caused catastrophic damage to the Sea Shepherd catamaran Ady Gil. six crewmembers Rescued by the Sea Shepherd Ship Bob Barker According to eyewitness Captain Chuck Swift on the Bob Barker, the attack happened while the vessels were dead in the water. The Shonan Maru No. 2 suddenly started up and deliberately rammed the Ady Gil ripping eight feet of the bow of the vessel completely off. According to Captain Swift, the vessel does not look like it will be saved. The incident took place at 64 Degrees and 03 Minutes South and 143 Degrees and 09 Minutes East Until this morning the Japanese were completely unaware of the existence of the Bob Barker. This newest addition to the Sea Shepherd fleet left Mauritius off the coast of Africa on December 18th and was able to advance along the ice edge from the West as the Japanese were busy worrying about the advance of the Steve Irwin from the North.
A video released by Sea Shepherd showing the ramming from the vantage point of their new vessel, the Bob Barker. It appears that the Bob Barker was sitting parallel to the Ady Gil before the incident. Sea Shepherd Conservation Society www.seashepherd.org Link to Operation Waltzing Matilda videos, including this one: www.seashepherd.org Also, see my other video showing the collision from the Japanese point of view, courtesy of the Institute for Cetacean Research, Japan. NEW FOOTAGE AS OF JANUARY 8, 2010: www.youtube.com Shows the collision from the point of view of the Ady Gil itself, and most importantly the video begins from well before the collision so we can see that the Shonan Maru No. 2 was clearly at fault, assuming this footage is accurate. Now it is up to the ICR to release more footage to counteract this claim.
View from the Sea Shepherd ship Bob Barker of the Ady Gil being rammed by Japanese whaling ship Shonan Maru No. 2, operated by The Institute of Cetacean Research (ICR), on January 6, 2010. As a result of this hit, the Ady Gil sustained heavy damage. All of the six Ady Gil crew members were rescued by the Sea Shepherd's new vessel, the Bob Barker. One crew member sustained broken ribs in this collision. An attempt was made to tow the Ady Gil to port, but the lines kept snapping as she took on water, and she finally sunk in the Southern Ocean the day after this incident.

Here we are at the last game ever at Yankee Stadium. The crowds, even pre-game, are going wild due to the fact that all the Old Timer's have come onto the field. Presently, Bernie Williams is making his presence known and the fans love it. Then, the voice of god, Bob Sheppard comes over the PA system one last time. Unfortunately, I believe this introduction was recorded a day or two previous to the game so it wasn't live, but it was his voice nonetheless and not Jim Hall's (thank god). Anyway, the Yankees ended up winning the game 7-3. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me. Comments are welcome. The video was taken on September 21st, 2008.
