This video set is aimed at people who want to slim down for THIS spring and summer and who want to be ready for the beach or to wow in a wedding or sundress. No need for exercise and your face will look younger. Be radical now and you WILL be the center of weight loss attention. So, shoot to thrill. My 50 lb weight loss had people talking about it for a year and even till now(two years later.). Please forgive me I have a lot of information to pass on and I just wanted to get started as quickly as possible. I will make a number of short videos for now and then try to put the info all in a single video later. This video is about radical weight loss. If you want to play games then you should watch someone else's videos. Go watch their foolishness about protein, carbs., tea, grapefruit, when to eat, and what-not when all that really matters is daily calories and eating less calories than you need for the day. How many people know exactly how many calories they eat in a given day? Nobody knows, unless of course they weigh their food and calculate the calories. If you don't know EXACTLY how many calories you are eating you are wasting your time and are playing nothing more than a guessing game. Most foods contain far more calories than our WISHFUL THINKING want them to. Play games with food and you WILL lose. A bathroom scale never lies and neither does a mirror or your friends eyes. The only way to master your food is to accurately weigh it and calculate the calories. Then you eat a little less than you need every day. Everybody knows this. It is nothing new. But it has to be done ACCURATELY if you want to see PREDICTABLE results so you can set your clock according to your weight loss. That is why you need the scales and calculator, pencil and paper. Most processed foods are complex and the calorie counts on the packages can't fully be trusted. Stick to simpler processed foods and basic unprocessed food while in the weight loss stage of dieting. Eat anything you want but calculate the calories in what you eat, record everything you eat during the day and don't go above or below the number of calories you planned to eat that day. Stick with that number of calories for a few days and see if your weight goes up or down and then adjust your total daily calories. You will also need a calorie counter book or something equivalent. I have a program on my computer that lists the calorie content of almost everything, and uses grams. Portions are a good idea but they are an inaccurate way to measure your food. Portions are ok when you are in the maintenance stage of dieting after you are as low as you can go. Say your portion is a "handful" of nuts. What the heck is a "handful"? Every time you measure a "handful" it is different, and besides, we want our "handful" to be as big as possible and that defeats our attempts to lose weight. We want our total calorie count for the day to be a little under what our body needs and a couple of "handfuls" may put our calorie count ABOVE what we need for the day or it may even be too small and DEPRIVE us of food we could have eaten and enjoyed. There are ways to reduce or eliminate weighing and calculating calories every time. I will get into that later but it involves using measuring cups and doing the calculations only the first time and then always eating the same quantity. Don't go into battle without your weapons. Now you WILL win the battle of the bulge. This is not war games this is for real.
