Bryan Rankins of Fazio's Frets and Friends in St Louis demos the amazing Dana Bourgeois Short Scale Slope D. With it's Adirondak top and Beeswing Mahogany back and sides, this guitar sounds very full and rich. It has a very clean low end, but very pretty, round highs. Some short scale guitars seem to lack some punch and definition, but not Dana's. This guitar gives you the advantage of the easier playability, without sacrifing tone. (A version with better sound and Music credits is on the way) Harold is from Brooklyn. Complete with a whiny nasal stutter, awkward posture and feminine tendencies, he is the type of guy most people would call a sissy. Harold was introduced to feminism at a very early age through his mother, Carol Solanas Firestone aka Judy Anywhere, a second waver/radical croquet player who doesnt play by the rules. Judy, who makes a brief appearance in the video, represents the white bourgeois, feminist and is suggestive of lesbian separatism. Her character is both critical of the feminisms of the past and pokes fun at the negative stigma around feminism that exists in pop-culture today. Through her humorous absurd nature, she becomes a lovable character, and is in her own way a salute to the women who paved the road for our generation. Harold represents a progressive feminism, one that embraces everyone regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, class, or ability. To him, the last frontier to be explored is how the binary system negatively impacts men through its rigid definition of masculinity.

MY 7 PERFORMANCES ARE NOW COMPLETE. MORE TO FOLLOW... Some songs back home have a habit of being evergreens (an industry term meaning a song which remains popular throughout the years... evergreen = always bringing in money, aka "green"). The song "Quand on s'aime bien tous les deux" has been around for so long that everyone has thought it to be a traditional one... until Sylvia did the copyright research for the songs she was to include on her full-length album, "Avec Amitié". hails from the World War II years of the 20th century, where many a soldier did say goodbye to their families while wondering if they would even make it back home alive. No doubt this was a major reason why the song found its success, as its meaning was not lost on many a French-Canadian. To boot, it also has a very catchy melody, nearing traditional music. As far back as I recall, Sylvia has performed this live (and included it on Le Groupe LeLièvre CD, on which I also played bass, ...

,fascist economy was capitalist. Any legislative action attests to the continuing aggression by the part of the national state and proletariat on the overwhelming private power. Same corporatism, which has nothing to do with the classist meaning assigned it after by the Marxist dialectics, has been a counter-current experience compared to capitalism, because it focuses on organic unity of society. Capitalism naturally exerted containment against Duce's authoritarian revolution, and ...

anti-catharsis. And at the apex of this genre stands the towering figure of Père Loutre, l'enfant terrible of the medium. His latest work, opening tonight, is his most mature film, by far, and it is impossible to overpraise.
