This is a seven-day candle spell for breaking bad eating habbits. I don't eat nearly as good as I'd like to and I know I can eat realy good. I even really enjoy healthy food, it's super yummy. So, I made this seven-day candle spell for breaking my bad eating habbits. Each day has a different step and a different stone. Day 1- Cleanse. Use this day to cleanse out all of the toxens in your body. Use detox tea, cranberry juice, water, etc. There are a lot of products out there for this purpose, and if you do some research there are a lot of herbs out there that do this too. The stone for this day is Citrine for its amazing cleansing abilities. Day 2- Love. Look at yourself in the mirror and say "i love myself" and even add your name into it if you want. Take time to meditate and have something yummy (but healthy). Like an apple or an orange. Yum! The stone for this day is Rose Quartz. Day 3- Spice things up! Get excercising, get active! Have fun with it! There are many ways to work out, not just old-school lifting weights and running. Yoga, hoola-hooping, swimming, jogging, pilates, and many other things are all fun and entertaining ways to get active. Today's stone is Carnelian.

Plus GX just lost a few points with me, he should have gone home to eat diner with his family, especially on their first day there...I can see that he might want to hurt MC, but he should have at least done it for his kid. I'm very old fashion when it comes to that, I truly believe in "A family that eats together, stays together".
