Amtrak Rutland, VT to Penn Station (New York, NY) "Ethan Allen" Train #290 - running about 54-minutes late - mostly due to delays up on the D&H and then being forced by Metro North to follow the Local from Poughkeepsie to Harmon. This train was so late - that it was just about 2-3 minutes ahead of the time slot of its following Amtrak Train (#238). Because of this - train 238 followed closely behind.
