It's a never ending story. With Bright House that is. Their internet is always unpredictable, whereas the sites I visit work instantly nearly 100% of the time on different isps. I also tested the network, by downloading a file. When a site decides to halt or not load, the download of a file from another server, is uninterrupted, showing that it isn't the modem going out or anything, but in fact a network problem with Bright House.
