Chelan Simmons (born October 29. 1982 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian actress best known for her roles of Ashley Freund in Final Destination 3 and Hillary in Kyle XY. <p>Chelan Simmons was born on October 29th 1982 in Vancouver, Canada. She is one of three children (one younger brother and an older sister) and has been a natural performer since the age of 2. Her first movie role was as 'Its' first victim in the horror movie Stephen King's It (1990) (TV) in which she played Laurie Ann Winterbarger.
