Since October 2001, playing, touring, and writing has been our lives. Everything else has pretty much run a close 2nd or 3rd. Aside from a few short breaks a couple times a year, we have done these things non-stop. Time with family, friends and significant others, as well as other personal interests have been sacrificed- and rightfully so when you look at our accomplishments. In the Spring of 2010 Chris and Yorg, while recording demos for the new BUMP record, noticed that their musical ambitions had changed and the styles were not melding into a cohesive sound. During this time of uncertainty Clint Carpenter was asked to replace the drummer for the national touring artist Uncle Kracker. We fully supported Clint's choice to try out for the band and he has toured with Uncle Kracker for the past two months. After 9 years, we have come to the decision to call this last tour BUMP's farewell tour. The tour will kick off this Friday night at 8:30 PM at New Center Park in New Center - Detroit, MI. The show will mark Clint's last show performing with BUMP. We look forward to this run of Midwest shows, especially our final show at the Magic Stick in Detroit, MI on Saturday October 2nd with our good friends My Dear Disco. We have some big things planned for this night so stay tuned for those announcements in the coming weeks! To all of you who can't make it, have no fear, you can catch Clint playing with Uncle Kracker all around the country. Yorg and Bryce are gearing up to announce ...

Starting outside the home with a quick look at the surrounding houses and neighbors you walk in one of the two entrances other than the owners which is in the back yard through his garage. Off street parking for two more cars - one can be under cover in the car port along side owners garage. A quick view of the living area occupied by the owner in the private back yard water/perennial flower garden with it's koi pond, recirculating creek and waterfalls. The owner always comes and goes through this back entry way. The other door takes you into a quick look of the basement area with it's two rooms built up off the cement floor and carpeted that could be used as guest rooms. Toilet, shower, set of living room furniture, Metos red wood sauna, laundry area, shower and utility tub. The sauna has not been used for years but can be used under some agreed upon conditions. Six Shelley Songs by Jason Thorpe Buchanan were composed in the summer of 2008. Percy Bysshe Shelley (1792-1822) wrote these poems between 1814 and his unexpected death in 1822, when he drowned at sea. He is known for having been expelled from Oxford for distributing a pamphlet entitled "The Necessity of Atheism". He was married twice, leaving his first wife shortly after having written Away!, later meeting Mary Shelley, soon to be author of Frankenstein and daughter of William Godwin, a literary figure whom Shelley idolized. He lost two of the three children he had with Mary Shelley between 1818 and 1819. His texts have been criticized for their seemingly abstract surface aesthetic, as well as being called "splendidly nebulous". With these six songs I have attempted to capture the essence of Shelley's writing and depict the well-crafted romantic imagery contained in these poems. I hope that in doing so I manage to show their "splendidly nebulous" nature in my music. A Widow Bird (1822) - PB Shelley A widow bird sate mourning for her love Upon a wintry bough; The frozen wind crept on above, The freezing stream below. There was no leaf upon the forest bare, No flower upon the ground, And little motion in the air Except the mill-wheel's sound. Stereo: www.youtube.com BCB Band sings Wildwood Flower. Originally by The Carter Family but we do the Homer and Jethro Version. Known as "the thinking man's hillbillies," Homer Haynes and Jethro Burns got a lot of mileage out of an act that shouldn't have lasted or gone as far as it did, at least on the surface of things. Certainly there were other, far more established duos mining similar turf on the country music circuit, with Lonzo & Oscar leading the way. But Homer & Jethro were far more ...
