Cliff 'Fatty' Emmich (b. December 13, 1936 in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA) is an American actor who has starred in several films as well as television shows and movies. <p>His first feature movie was in the 1972 movie Payday, but his big role was in the 1981 hit horror movie Halloween II as Mr. Garrett, the security guard at the hospital who gets hammered, literally, by Michael Myers. His most recent films were both in 1999 in the movies Inspector Gadget and Treehouse Hostage. <p>Cliff has made guest appearances in many television shows and his appearances range from The Odd Couple, Starsky and Hutch, CHiPs, Knight Rider, and Walker, Texas Ranger. <p>...
