A coaster Dynamix custom looping coaster. This is the first custom coaster I have made with CD stuff. Its a phoenix and scorpion expansion kit, as well as some other extra scorpion parts mixed in. Its a sit down using the phoenix train. You'll notice the phoenix station is just laying on the floor, I didn't have enough bases to really do what i wanted to and didn't plan it out very much.

This is an O scale model manufactured by CoasterDynamix currently sold at Busch Gardens, Tampa. The first clip is shown at normal speed, whereas the remaining 'drop' sequence clips are shown at half-speed. The 'wobble' visible in the structure is mainly due to the fact that I didn't have the model on the firmest of surfaces whilst filming the clips. This is a hyper coaster i made with coaster dynamix.
READ FIRST: You cannot scale gravity. There would be no way to make this slower. If a real wooden coaster was scaled down 87 times to this size it would go this fast as well. This is a HO scale (1:87) roller coaster model made by coasterdynamix. This kit, was lots of fun to build, requiring patience since many of the pieces are glued together. This kit took me about 3 days to put together and another day to fine tune it so it works. There are 3 cars in thsi kit, but i found having a 2 car train, made the model run more consistent. I would highly recommend this kit. www.coasterdynamix.com

Model using a sit-down train
A custom layout I designed using parts from my Coasterdynamix models The Scorpion model is $200 You need two of them, as well as a 4 foot lift hill to make this layout. This coaster is 40 inches tall, which is 160 feet tall in 1/48 scale. It features a curved floater drop, an Immelman, two overbanked turns, a high speed vertical loop, and an intense helix. The station operates on a separate switch I put on the power strip.

Kilauea is a working model roller coaster. It's a custom layout I've designed using parts from Coaster Dynamix. The molten lava theming includes a fiery couldron, smoke fields, and special lighting effects. The model has two lift hills, 3 separate trains (8 cars each) and uses gravity to complete the layout which includes 20 inversions.
