2010 Nascar Sprint Cup Daytona Coke Zero 400 Leader Kyle Busch wrecks
Kevin Harvick continued his season of resurgence by leading a strong Richard Childress Racing contingent to victory Saturday night at the Coke Zero 400 at Daytona International Speedway. The three RCR cars were the class of the field in a wild night of racing, and Harvick, Clint Bowyer and Jeff Burton were poised to run away with the race before several late cautions interfered with a potential sweep. A three-car accident moments before Bowyer took the white flag set up NASCAR's version of overtime, and Harvick won the two-lap sprint and his second race of the season. The Sprint Cup Series points leader won at Talladega in April. Kasey Kahne was second in a Ford, followed by Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Burton in Chevrolets. The start of the race was delayed 90 minutes by rain, and a 20-car accident with 12 laps to go stopped the action another 20 minutes.
Coming to the white flag, Sam Hornish Jr. gets together with teammate Kurt Busch and they collect Elliott Sadler in the wreck. In the final laps, I believe Clint Bowyer blew a rear tire down the back and that sent him into David Reutimann and spinning down the back. Credit to Nascar.com.
In one of the biggest wrecks at Daytona in recent memory Kurt Busch and Jeff Burton get together and drivers behind them check up triggering a 19 car pile-up. Just pick out your driver and find out whether he got threw or not. Everyone was OK. Credit to Nascar.com.
The big one involving several drivers with 12 laps to go during the 2010 Coke Zero 400 Nascar race at Daytona .
The crash happened, when they were coming to the white flag (That means we saw a Green white Checkerd finish), when Kurt Busch (Once again lol) got into Sam Hornish Jr, causing Hornish to get into Elliott Sadler, and bounce off from Sadler to the wall just clipping Kurt too, Hornish&Sadler both hits the wall hard. Then on the final lap, on the backstretch when Clint Bowyer gets into Reutimann, causing Bowyer to slide to the grass. Harvick succesfully holds off Kasey Kahne&Jeff Gordon to take the Checkerd flag At Daytona! Dale Earnhardt Jr finishes 4th after all kinds of problems
Jeff Gordon drove right around Clint Bowyer on the high line, but got shuffled back behind Kasey Kahne and Kevin Harvick easily drove to the win on the low side after a wild and crazy night at Daytona. All credit goes to TNT and NASCAR.com for the coverage.
This was seriously the best race I've ever seen. Exciting all the way through. Cars involved: 09, 2, 5, 7, 12, 14, 20, 31, 38, 39, 42, 47, 48, 77, 78, 82, 83, 98 Follow me on Twitter: twitter.com
Burton and Kurt Busch get together which spins Busch around and Reed Sorenson gets turned pileling up everyone else behind. Mark Martin, Juan Montyoya, Joey Logano among others. Ryan Newman and Jimmie Johnson get chitched up in the air thankfully not tumbling over. Everyone was ok!
The Big One has happened at Daytona after more than a dozen cars are collected. RED FLAG: Mark Martin is out of the No. 5, which continues to have flames coming from it. Ryan Newman and Joey Logano are out of their cars.
Jeff Burton gets loose and causes a domino effect involving most of the field
It's been a while since we've seen a pileup this big in a Cup Series race. The Big One occurs late in the 2010 Coke Zero 400 at Daytona. Jeff Burton tries to block a charging Kurt Busch. As Kurt is saving the car, the pack behind them gets involved in a massive wreck, pretty much taking out big names like Tony Stewart, Jimmie Johnson, Ryan Newman, and many others. Then as Mark Martin comes down pit road, his car catches on fire. I believe there were 20+ drivers involved in this wreck. And from what I have heard, everyone was okay. Credit goes to NASCAR and TNT.
When Juan Montoya drafts up behind the Kyle Busch, he gets turned into the wall

Some awesome camera angles in this video. At the end Kyle Busch tries to avoid going to the infield care center as required by NASCAR.
The closing laps of the 2009 Coke Zero 400 at Daytona, July 4th 2009 on TNT. With just a straight away to go, Kyle Bush tries to block Tony Stewart going high, going low. Tony Stewart gets a nose on Kyle and before Kyle can stear clear, he is turned hard into the outside wall, collecting many other drivers including Kasey Kahne, Joey Logano, Jeff Burton, Greg Biffle, Paul Menard and Robby Gordon.
