Asia, India, Delhi(Capital of India) preparing to host the common Wealth Games in Oct 2010 is doing hurriedly unwanted renovation work on busy roads like ring road in Delhi which runs around the city for 54 Kilometers. The contractors doing the civil works are fly by night frauds making a killing by doing sloppy work for the corrupt public works department ultimately to siphon off the funds to the politicians. Authorities in Shanghai are embarking on a campaign to spot and replace badly worded English signs in public places. This type of English with Chinese grammar has come to be known as Chinglish. Corzine signed legislation yesterday that will limit New Jersey residents to purchasing one handgun a month.
