Flautist Holly Cook performs Coltrane (1981) by David Heath (b. 1956 ) was born in Manchester and began composing in 1978. He trained as a flautist at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has played on many TV and film soundtracks, including James Bond and Inspector Morse. His early works, including Coltrane, are based on modern jazz, and later works incorporating funk rhythms and minimalist techniques. Coltrane was dedicated to James Galway. As the title suggests, the piece is inspired by the music of the jazz musician John Coltrane. In the first section the harmony is based on diminished and pentatonic chords. The second half of the work conveys a different mood and is based upon Indian scales and an Indian rhythm called the Tehi. In a masterclass given at Trinity College of Music in March 2007, Dave Heath described how to connect with the musical atmosphere of the piece, as if Coltrane were freely improvising in a meditative state of mind. a film by cineman8 Holly Cook has recently graduated with a Masters degree in performance at Trinity College of Music, where she was awarded a Leverhulme Orchestral Mentorship Award for study. Sonny tries to help Tawni have a good date with an intern Hayden (Robert Adamson). Sonny begs Chad for Laker Tickets for herself, Tawni, and Hayden which she got after saying three nice things about him. Meanwhile, Nico and Grady try to create a sandwich to be named after, after seeing the sandwich Chad got named after. At the date, Tawni leaves for a moment and the kiss cam zooms in on Sonny and Hayden. Under the pressure, Sonny and Hayden are forced to kiss, making Tawni furious. Chad gets upset because he trusted Sonny to use his tickets "responsibly", but instead he saw the kiss on "Tween Weekly" magazine. Both Chad and Tawni blames Sonny so to make it up to Tawni, Sonny gets her a second chance with Hayden. Hayden wants the date to be a home cooked meal at Tawni's apartment. Since Tawni doesn't know how to cook and uses her kitchen as a closet, the date will be at Sonny's and Sonny will cook the meal. At the apartment, Sonny's oven is not working, so Nico and Grady sends over sandwich to serve. Not only that, but Sonny drops her phone down the drain and Tawni accidentally destroys it by turning on the garbage disposal and then Sonny's phone somehow calls Chad, Tawni loses her contact lens when the sandwich hit her, and Sonny gets locked out after Hayden comes in to the kitchen. Singer : Deep Shrestha // Born in Dharan in 1950, Deep Shrestha composed his first song, Ma Patharko Deuta Haina, when he was 14. Comes from a musical family as his father was an ustaad and played the violin and the flute. He became familiar with other musicians at an early age through his father. He studied Bio-Science after he passed his SLC, and he thought that he would continue with it later on. But missed his exams (thrice!) because he was performing, before he realising that he was headed nowhere but to become a musician. Deep used to play a lot of football and badminton, and continues to work out every day. He still plays badminton every morning and has recently started yoga. He met his wife, who's also a singer, while touring. They sing duets sometimes and practice together. If he had to pick his favourite among his own tracks it would be Sunideu Sano Charako Katha, for which he wrote the lyrics and composition. But, sadly, the song wasn't that big a hit. His favourite cuisine is Newari, especially Chhoela. Doesn't cook much but says he can make really delicious breakfasts. The singers he likes the most are Narayan Gopal, Prem Dhoj, Fatteman, Gopal Yonjan, Shanti Jha, Meera Rana and Karuna Lama. Here, she demonstrates the wrong way (undercooking waxy potatoes, skimping on the cream, or, horror of all horrors, employing a food processor to mash) and the right way (using russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, cooking them as long as possible, drying them over heat before adding lots of cream, and topping with herbs). Sonny tries to help Tawni have a good date with an intern Hayden (Robert Adamson). Sonny begs Chad for his Lakers tickets by saying three nice things about him. At the game, Tawni leaves to fix her make-up and the kiss cam was on. Sonny moves next to Hayden but people think that they are on a date and even though Sonny denies it, it wasn't working so then the two are forced to kiss and Tawni sees them. Tawni gets so angry and hides in her dressing room, locking Sonny out. Meanwhile, Chad gets jealous and upset because he trusted Sonny that she would use his seats for responsibility but instead he sees the kiss on "Tween Weekly Magazine". Both Chad and Tawni blames Sonny so she decides to talk to Hayden to make another date for him and Tawni and tells Hayden that Tawni is going to cook for him because he likes girls who can have a home cooked meal and chill out. But when Sonny learns that Tawni can't cook, Sonny offers to have the date at her place and to cook the food. When the oven wasn't working, Sonny calls Nico and Grady to bring food but after she hung up, she drops her phone in the sink by mistake. Tawni tries to help her by turning on the light but she accidentally turned on the garbage disposal instead and Sonny's phone somehow calls Chad. Chad thinks that Sonny is in trouble because he heard her screaming and the garbage disposal grinding. He runs straight to her apartment and breaks open the door and accidently damages it. Computerhistory.org has a Model B dated 1965, and I've seen a ~1967 Model C written up in a magazine. (Interestingly, incorrectly identified as being only 110 baud.) Even better than seeing it in a museum, I decide to hook the trusty Model A up and make it talk to something. After some trial and error, I manage to get it to talk to a terminal server at work and use it to connect to a linux box. It's ALIVE! So, 45 years after it's creation, this antique modem gets to send data to and from the modern Internet. Enjoy! - KC

what's for dinner tonight? quiche lorraine is my favourite and it is very simple to make, I also made spinach omelette.... quick and easy recepies for everyday life... spinach omelette 1 bag of frozen spinach 1 small onion salt, black pepper 2 table spoon of liquid oil (olive. vegetable or canola) eggs 1 for per person thaw the frozen spinach, add it on cut souteed onion, add the spices and oil, cover it and cook for 20 minutes. before you eat add eggs on top, cover and cook till the eggs are done... quiche lorraine 2 eggs 20 peices (leyers) of phillo daugh 3 squashes (any vegetable,or ham) mozarella cheese liquid oil (any of canola, olive, vegetable) 1 cup of milk lay each leyer of the daugh in the pyrex oven safe pan and spread (brush)the oil on top, mix the eggs, proccessed squashes, mozzarella cheese and milk together, add it on the daugh leyers, cover the top with grated mozzarella cheese, cook it on 375 degrees in the oven for 30-45 minutes.. I once read in a magazine that food is actually a very sexy ingredient for our lives, I don't know about that... especially after those vegetable recepies :)..well there is a saying that I know of "men's heart is attached to his stomach" maybe it is true! ...food for the soul...
