First time Cry Freedom played since march 27th, 2005. They're loud at the start, but the crowd quiets down a little bit into the song
This summer the world Cup comes to the African continent for the first time. South Africa was very different 20 years ago when the film Cry Freedom by Richard Attenborough was released. However though there are still a lot of problems in the modern day country; let us remember Steve Biko and with his love of football he would have been very proud that South Africa is hosting the World Cup.
