A video about a great love affair, and a man who thinks he knows everything about women and lust, but finds out he knows nothing about love...a really amazing film with a tradgic ending when both Valmont and the woman he forced to love him can only find peace when they both give up on life without each other... The film is "Dangerous Liaisons"... The song is "With Or Without You" an amazing cover by Keane...

Vince throwing down on a bit of Rage Against the Machine before throwing down on some original material. Dangerous Liaisons playing at Charlie's in Grayslake IL on Center Street, Steve Villalobos on bass, Vince Villalobos on guitar and vocals and Garrette Wright on drums. The sertup for the barr made it somewhat difficult to video them without people walking past the camera. Behind the band is the back exit, to their right (thats your left) is the exit to the beer garden, and behind the camera is the entrance. This was filmed at a resolution of 640x480 on a Canon SD790IS digital point and shoot camera so the video qulit is not great same applies for the audio. Next show I should be able to capture in 720p.

Coco Before Chanel is the story of Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel, who began her life as headstrong orphan, and through an extraordinary journey became the legendary couturier who embodied the modern woman and became a timeless symbol of success, freedom and style. The film portrays the formative years of Chanel's life, the years of Chanel spent discovering and inventing herself. Coco Before Chanel is directed by Anne Fontaine (La Fille de Monaco/The Girl From Monaco) from a screenplay by Anne Fontaine and Camille Fontaine, with collaboration of Christopher Hampton (Dangerous Liaisons), loosely based on L'irrégulière (Chanel and Her World: Friends, Fashion, and Fame) by Edmonde Charles-Roux. The film is produced by Philippe Carcassonne (La Fille De Monaco/The Girl Class) and Carole Scotta (Entre les murs/The Class). The director of photography is Christophe Beaucarne (Paris, Paint or Make Love); the production designer is Olivier Radot (The Lover, Queen Margot, Gabrielle). The film is edited by Luc Barnier, with original costumes by Catherine Letterier (Cesar Award winner for Bon Voyage and the Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc). Alexandre Desplat (Academy Award nominee for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and The Queen) composed the score. The production was given the support of the Maison CHANEL, who opened their archives and collections.

**IF YOU ARE GOING TO WATCH IT... TAKE THE TWO SECONDS TO RATE IT PLEASE! I WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT IT... IF I SHOULD MAKE IT BETTER. OR IF IT IS GOOD AS IT IS** I decided... Since almost everybody has made a Movie Trailer for One of the Four Twilight Books in the Saga, I would make one too. Well, I would've made one for "Twilight" but, I was sort of busy with my life. =] So, since New Moon is the next Movie coming out... I thought I would finally make one. Just let me know what you think, CONSTRUCTIVE criticism only please. :] Clips Used: Blood and Chocolate The Messengers Twilight Dangerous Liaisons ALL RIGHTS BELONG TO SUMMIT ENTERTAINMENT I DO NOT OWN THE CHARACTERS OR STORYLINE OF THE TWILIGHT SAGA. Thanks for watching. Rate, Comment.. and please... SUBSCRIBEEE! =]] OH! By the way, the guy at the end, is John Malkovich, I always pictured him in my head as what ARO would look like. Except younger. =] Then, the little kid closing the door, is Dakota Fanning. Like at the end of New Moon, when they kill all those innocent people. [ AKA Jane... well, it's not official. ]
Classical music in movies. The music is used in Frears' movie (cfr.: www.naxos.com but not necessarily in the scenes of the clip. Watch the video in its context (cfr. blog.seniorennet.be ) and be aware of the fact that the movie is not supported by music, but just the reverse.
Cruel Intentions is a 1999 American feature film starring Ryan Phillippe, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Reese Witherspoon, and Selma Blair. The movie is a comedeic and dramatic appropriation of the 18th century French play Les Liaisons dangereuses, but unlike other modern film versions of the novel set in the France of that time (such as Dangerous Liaisons and Valmont), Cruel Intentions is set among the wealthy teenagers living in modern New York City. The plot is mainly driven by a bet held between the two main characters, and it heavily involves manipulation, seduction, and love in a rich and sophisticated socially elite youth atmosphere. The film started as an independent film with a much smaller budget, and was later picked up by Columbia Pictures. The film was released on March 5, 1999. It was later followed by two direct-to-video films: a prequel, Cruel Intentions 2, and a sequel, Cruel Intentions 3.

Based on novel "Les Liaisons dangereuses" by Choderlos de Laclos, first published in 1782. The Marquise de Merteuil needs a favour from her ex-lover, Vicomte de Valmont. One Merteuil's ex-lover, Gercourt, is planning on marrying a young, virtuos woman called Cecile de Volanges. The Marquise would like Valmont to seduce Cecile before her wedding day. www.youtube.com Meanwhile, Valmont has a conquest of his own in mind, Madame de Tourvel, a beautiful, married, and God fearing woman. starring John Malkovich, Michelle Pfeiffer, Uma Thurman, Swoosie Kurtz, Mildred Natwick to me, this is the most brilliant scene of this film (sorry for the text)
Let me know what you think about this video. :o) ________________________________________ "Being John Malkovich" isn't the kind of movie that speaks to a wide range of people as the idea behind the story alone is pretty weird... The entire cast does a great job, and I especially love John Malkovich playing himself with a wink (I'm not sure how many other actors would have done a similar job), Catherine Keener as the ultimate bitch who you can never quite figure out, and John Cusack, whose acting skills never struck me as particularly outstanding until I saw him metamorphosing into Craig Schwartz in this. All in all, I guess it's a movie that polarizes - I have yet to meet someone who feels indifferent about it. Chances are, you'll either hate it from the bottom of your heart, or absolutely love it. Personally, I belong to the second group. :-D Music: The Pixies - Where is my Mind? Cast: John Malkovich (Dangerous Liaisons, In the Line of Fire) John Cusack (Identity, Grosse Pointe Blank) Catherine Keener (Living in Oblivion, Lovely & Amazing) Cameron Diaz (Gangs of New York, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas) Orson Bean (The Novice, Alien Autopsy)

Most beautiful opening scene in a period movie, if not any movie.
Joe Wright, the BAFTA Award-winning director of "Pride & Prejudice," has reunited with his filmmaking team and his Academy Award-nominated actress, Keira Knightley, for another classic British romance, starring James mcavoy (BAFTA Award nominee for "The Last King of Scotland") opposite Ms. Knightley. Christopher Hampton (Academy Award winner for "Dangerous Liaisons") has written the screenplay adaptation of Ian mcewan's best-selling 2002 novel Atonement. Shot on location in the UK, the film's story spans several decades. In 1935, 13-year-old fledgling writer Briony Tallis (Saoirse Ronan) and her family live a life of wealth and privilege in their enormous mansion. On the warmest day of the year, the country estate takes on an unsettling hothouse atmosphere, stoking Briony's vivid imagination. Robbie Turner (Mr. mcavoy), the educated son of the family's housekeeper, carries a torch for Briony's headstrong older sister Cecilia (Ms. Knightley). Cecilia, he hopes, has comparable feelings; all it will take is one spark for this relationship to combust. When it does, Briony -- who has a crush on Robbie -- is compelled to interfere, going so far as accusing Robbie of a crime he did not commit. Cecilia and Robbie declare their love for each other, but he is arrested -- and with Briony bearing false witness, the course of three lives is changed forever. Briony continues to seek forgiveness for her childhood misdeed. Through a terrible and courageous act of imagination, she finds the path to her uncertain atonement, and to an understanding of the power of enduring love.

I wanted to make a movie, but only had two, very different, sources already imported into WMM. Spoilers/Explanations follow. So - Jesse is sent to investigate the college of witches the Talamasca has unearthed. She's undercover, posing as a substitute teacher, arriving on the very night of the Ball. By a stunning coincidence, an old obssession of Jesse's is playing - but she only has eyes for Harry - an even more dangerous liaison. Hermione is on to her game from the word go, and tries to keep the two apart. (Rampant hypocrisy, Hermione! Barty Crouch, anyone?) Love ensues, as indeed it must!
