DB Corp, publisher of Dainik Bhaskar, will list its equity shares on January 6, 2010. It has fixed the issue price at Rs 212 per share for its IPO of 1.81 crore shares. Udayan Mukherjee, Managing Editor of CNBC-TV18 said DB Corp would definitely see the value of Rs 235-240 on listing today.

Commenting on the DB Corps plans its Non-Executive Director Girish Agarwal says they plan to compete with Jagran in Haryana and Punjab. The companys advertising revenue stands at 36% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) since 2006, he says, adding that the margins for the first half of the year have come in at 34%.
The initial public offer of Media house DB Corp, which publishes Dainik Bhaskar, has opened for subscription. CNBC-TV18s Managing Editor, Udayan Mukherjee, says fair value for DB Corp is around Rs 240-250. "I think its a reasonable growth story, the company is expected to do about Rs 11 earnings this year and maybe Rs 12 next year."
