With this show, the Dutch title in Premier Class was prolonged which means the corps extended its status of best Dutch drumcorps for at least one year!! Em meio à manifestação da noite de quarta-feira (16), os estudantes contrários ao DCE da PUCRS ameaçaram impedir a realização do vestibular de inverno, que ocorre neste final de semana (18 e 19), caso a reitoria não tome uma medida contra a atual gestão do DCE. O ato ocorreu em frente ao Prédio 40 da PUCRS, onde acontecia um encontro entre representantes da Câmara de Vereadores, da PUCRS, do DCE e dos estudantes. Num primeiro momento, foi barrada a presença dos advogados que representam os estudantes, dos membros da UNE e de deputados, segundo os manifestantes. O presidente da UNE estava presente na manifestação e disse que serão realizadas novas eleições para a representação do Conune, e que não reconhece mais o DCE da PUCRS como sendo legítimo.
Na noite de 13 de junho de 2011, membros do DCE da PUCRS agrediram física e verbalmente alunas. Por favor, antes de comentar, leia sobre o assunto, além do blog do movimento ( movimento89dejunho.wordpress.com )existem diversas reportagens e documentos sobre os 22 anos de assunto. Entenda que este não é um ato isolado. Depois de impugnarem três chapas LEGÍTIMAS para as eleições dos representantes do CONUNE, o DCE(Diretório Central do Estudantes) da PUCRS começou a ser questionado. Respondeu com agressividade no dia 8 de junho ea partir daí começou o Movimento 89 de Junho fazendo oposição à máfia que está no poder há 22 anos. Diversas manifestações pacíficas aconteceram, até que no dia 13 de junho os membros do DCE se mudaram do prédio oficial, alegando "obras"(embora visivelmente não haja nem uma pintura acontecendo) e foram para um sala minúscula no prédio 15(Educação). Ali colocaram uma urna (a PUCRS tem 26 mil estudantes) que seria para a escolha dos delegados para o Conune. Existiam duas chapas novas(que NINGUÉM sabe quem seriam os participantes) que nem se manifestaram a respeito do cancelamento da eleição. A votação não foi divulgada aos alunos, militantes descobriram o que estava acontecendo e, em grupo, se dirigiram ao prédio para votar aí pelas 21h. As portas foram fechadas pelos seguranças e algumas pessoas conseguiram entrar.
