Today, another patient died. She was patient of Lymphoma with Hb 2gm and Platelets less than 7000 died in emergency and attendants of patients blamed doctors responsible for all this. During this clash, our beloved principal sahab..., Dr. Javed Akram along with five to eight doctors were also pushed and got injuries. This raged anger among students and doctors which causes all this hell affair. Media, without any investigation of patient record, vomiting on doctors that they injected some wrong drugs to the patient. Our mistake was that we tried our best to save life of patient. Of course we could fight with death angel, yet we are not GOD! Why our services blamed,why our dignity hurt, why our sincerity shattered and why we are punished without investigation and taking any history of patient via MEDIA? A new book, put together by students at a Texas university, compiles writings and art work done by condemned prisoners. The book, "Upon This Chessboard of Nights and Days: Voices from Texas Death Row" was published by Texas Review Press, which is based on the campus of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville. That city, about 100 kilometers north of Houston, is also the location of one of the state's largest prisons and the unit where executions are carried out. This is the first part of the speech of the president of the Islamic Republic of Iran at the Amir Kabir University in Tehran, this speech has been widely reported but not on what has been said but on the actions of a group of students, shouting death to the dictator, burning the presidents picture and exploding firework. You can see them in the back of the crowd when the camera turns. Usually the shouting of the anti-Ahmadinejad crowd (in the back) is answered by an even louder shouting of the pro-Ahmadinejad Students. A tribute to my four Iraqi college students who were killed by a roadside bomb explosion one week before their graduation, one was about to get married from a girl in the same dept, they are Sunni, Shiite and Christian and were the best of people. They used to smile all the time, I miss them.
