Pet Tricks is an interactive pet simulator that mimics a basic virtual pet application...with one little twist. Once you touch the "Death Timer" the application secretly counts down to the death of your beloved pet. And so the Sonic 2 portion of the megarace comes to an end. For those confused about the timer/life count, this was 2 separate runs edited together post-recording into one, which is within the rules in case anyone is wondering. I played it safe for the most part, as following the trainwreck that was Metropolis, I just wanted to get a semi-respectable run in. Not that I would have won anyway. MeccaPrime tied the freaking world record for Wing Fortress. This is what I'm going up against people! Next up is the final leg of the journey, Sonic 3 and Knuckles, and probably the leg I'm most comfortable with having played the game to death. Sadly, Mecca and BMS are both looking forward to S3&K too, so we'll see what goes down... Oh, and since we're starting another game, we're once again allowing auxiliary participants for the race. If there are any SLPB members watching this that haven't yet signed up, I encourage you to go do so, as long as you think you'll be able to finish the game... UPDATE 6: Console YLOD'd for good last week. i'm sending it to sony and exchanging it for a Slim. be back soon. Update 5: Hair dryer trick number 3 worked and i got my Fallout 3 out of the console. Update 4: Did the hair dryer trick for a 2nd time and the PS3 worked flawlessly for just shy of two weeks. I got the YLOD for the 3rd time at 3am while i was playing The Uncharted 2 Campaign Demo. Near the beginning of the demo where you climb up the light post it froze and shut down after reboot i got the YLOD, Trying the hair dryer trick for the 3rd time because my Fallout 3 is in the console. I found this death glitch, while messing aroud with the timer glitch. You have to perform the timer glitch and then perform my little clip glitch at a wall, where you can't clip through. Just follow the video and you should understand what you have to do. In the end I show what happens if you go underground with the timer glitch. Enjoy.
i recorded this video from my phone... just wanted to share it :D (i don't know/want to find out how to get video from xbox to computer) i didn't think it was possible at all at the time. i just felt bad for making a dumb mistake in the beginning and getting all bashed on, so i did what someone who rlly wants to redeem themself would do. here's a breakdown.. 00:00 - 1:50 left of the game. we're up 1-0. 00:12 - i, being in the right spot @ the right time, didn't backsmack theflag runner like i should have, and returned it... for some reason, i ws really passive, and i jumped back. he had no idea i was so close to him. that one decision of mine set up the come back of the game. 00:25 - at that point, i got a kill + stopped the runner, but was eventually melee'd. he assassinated someone, ran the flag, and someone else scored. so, they scored because i made the wrong move at 00:12. 00:48 - obviously, i want to score and redeem myself. i made another error. i made a very sloppy attempt at a double shot melee kill... and instead of getting the head shot (after melee) i threw a nade. he won the battle. 1:02 - someone on my team just started running the flag, so i man cannon to their side of the base and find anyone chasing our runner 1:18 - i didn't know our runner was right there on top... (i didn't wear a mic). he beat me to the flag. 1:31 - i realized our flag runner had tried to run it through sniper, which i personally wouldn't have done. you're way more open to people from ...

Level 4.3, fourth boss, levels 5.1 and 5.2. Levels 4.3 and 5.1 are ones of the three hardest in the game (third one is 5.3). 4.3 is difficult mostly due to enemy placing and 5.1 has a very cruel time limit. Should you take a wrong turn once and it becomes nearly impossible to get to the exit before timer runs out.

Note: Time is taken from the in-game timer, but it's a little hard to get without looking at the next level in sequence. Take the final displayed time and subtract eight seconds per kill, then subtract the result from one minute for the time. Remedy Par is 0:46:29. Author's comments: "My advice for the whole run: * Focus only on your objective, kill only the ones in your way, and don't get sidetracked on items unless it's necessary. * Exploit the occasional pauses in the time that occur after you kill a certain enemy because time stops while you don't. * Dodge rolling is the most important because the Max Payne enemies find it hard aim on a dodge rolling target, and it's faster than running. * Shootdodging is a bad idea because it takes a while to get back up so that you can continue running. p1c9: Quickly killing the mobsters who come out of the opposite side of the entrance should be the main priority before the Jack Lupino cutscene because there are more mobsters to kill. p2c3: Near the start, it took quite some practice to make that jump (not sure how to describe it) after you get up the ramp, which brings you to the door to the outside. Me and some Friends were playing around in MC and i thought it would be a good time to show my user interface. **Addons Used** -Power Auras, makes visible "Auras" that remind me to use buffs, spells, etc. they also play sounds when they pop up (ie cookie monster and the ready check) -Kgpanels, Makes the red around my interface elements very customizable. -Elkano Buff Bars, Makes buffs visible and easily readable, and gives a timer on them too. -Bartender 4, most of you know what this is but ill tell you guys anyway. basically it lets you move your action bars, resize them, decide how many buttons are in a row etc. -Recount, shows raid data ie DPS, damage done, healing done etc. -Omen, a popular threat meter showing your treat on a mob. -Sexymap, oddly enough makes my map look sexy :P -Pitbull, My personal favorite in unit frames (for those of you who dont know what unit frames are, they're the portraits of me and party members showing health, mana, buffs etc. **Not seen in the movie** -Deadly Boss Mods, possibly the most popular mod other than Questhelper. gives visual timers from boss fights, pvp flag respawns, how long till a tower is capped in AV, or how long till the next portal opens in VH. a very sweet addon -Questhelper, obviously helps you with quests, tells you exactly where to go, very sweet -Minigames, Peggle Bejeweled. just for when boredom settles in, good for when waiting for people to get to the summoning stone, or on a long FP -Outfitter, allows me to ...
Here is a survival tip for the Left 4 Dead survival map, The Crane on the Dead Air campaign. This will allow you to achieve an easy gold medal which should help you with a couple of achievements. Some Tips: 1. Crouching is usually better for this to work 2. Bring a sniper or assault rifle to get rid of smokers 3. Make sure everyone is doing this. If 1 or more people are standing somewhere else, this will not work.
