DEMF 2010 Floasis Recap Since its inception, the annual gathering of Liquid dancers at the Detroit Electronic Music Festival has acted as a measuring stick for our community. Some shake hands as they meet new people. Others give hugs as they remeet with old. New and old faces alike join together to share the ideas they've been working on since the last gathering. People from all over the country and of all walks of life come together for one weekend in order to acheive a single goal. Josh Wink tearing it up as usual with a textbook DJ set at the Beatport tent. It's always a pleasure with the Grand Master techno/house DJ and producer. The crowd was soaking it all up and Wink was clearly loving it. Wasn't the best Wink set I've heard but none the less still on point. The audio could be better, especially the bass.

This was one of the roughest, nastiest techno sets of the festival. Whatever energy we had left after three days, Dubfire squeezed every last drop. His buildup with the Plastikman remix in this clip was positively mind blowing and one of the toughest moments I've captured on film. When it dropped a wave of energy swept over the crowd and everyone lost their s___. The only time I received this kind of techno pounding was from Carola, Beyer and Luciano. The audio could be better but it was so ...
