Commenting on the DB Corps plans its Non-Executive Director Girish Agarwal says they plan to compete with Jagran in Haryana and Punjab. The companys advertising revenue stands at 36% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) since 2006, he says, adding that the margins for the first half of the year have come in at 34%.

CNBC-TV18s Managing Editor, Udayan Mukherjee, says fair value for DB Corp is around Rs 240-250.
