Follow these steps to get the Type 99. There's also footage of it being used, including the upgraded version.
How you do it in theory: 1. Obtain lots of points. 2. Activate "Fly Trap" 3. Shoot the bear in the cage, then the bear in the window then use an explosive in the furnace. 4. Open the Help Wall by the furnace with 10000 points. 5. "The Type 99 and SODB are behind the wall in the "Hanging Man Room" and may be bought for 9001 and 1250 points respectively." When this did not work we tried having a person with upgraded Colt and Juggernog shooting the cage bear and a person with the Bowie Knife shooting the window bear. Then we threw all possible explosives in the furnace (Molotov Coctails, Stielhangrenade, and Monkey Bombs) at the same time and tried the door and still did not work. This theory has been proven wrong by Hidden7ru7h, Chemical Edge, Vicarious##, and Psyshot###.
