May 2008 Channel 10 news - South Australia will offer $1 million for information leading to the conviction of the infamous 1994 National Crime Authority (NCA) bomber. SA Treasurer Kevin Foley will on Monday recommend to state cabinet the reward be doubled to $1 million for information that leads to a conviction over the bombing which killed policeman, Detective Sergeant Geoffrey Bowen, and seriously injured a lawyer, Peter Wallis. A spokesman for Mr Foley on Sunday said the reward comes after a cold case review recommend the move. Det Sgt Bowen died when he opened a parcel bomb delivered to the NCA's office in Waymouth Street, Adelaide, in 1994. An Adelaide man, Domenic Perre, was arrested and charged with Det Sgt Bowen's murder, but the charges were dropped six months later because of a lack of evidence. A 1999 coronial inquiry concluded the Perre had made and sent the bomb but prosecutors maintained they did not have enough evidence to secure a conviction. In 2006, the officer who led the bodies-in-the-barrels murder inquiry, Superintendent Paul Schramm, headed a complete review of the bombing and the police investigation at the time. It was partly the result of normal police procedures, but also followed a request from Det Sgt Bowen's widow, Jane Bowen Sutton. When the review commenced, the SA government said it would increase the $500000 reward if a request was received from police.

Var tvungen att fixa ihop en logo för PANGLJUD som en tribut till deras goda jobb med dubbningen. Har dock valt att ignorera att lägga till TV4's logo med tanke på att de sumpade bort de svenska avsnitten från början. Jag vill också tacka TVpresentation för att ha lagt upp en fullversion av det svenska introt, hjälpte mig mycket att pussla ihop bitarna med mitt egna material. Vill också poängtera att jag har ett väldigt limiterat antal avsnitt, drygt åtta till tio stycken, men vill väldigt gärna komma i kontakt med andra entusiaster som har fler avsnitt på VHS. November 15th 2007- Channel 9 news Police union chief Paul Mullett has been suspended on full pay by Chief Commissioner Christine Nixon. And she has indicated she would struggle to ever work with him again. Ms Nixon said Mr Mullett's suspension was on the basis of advice that he may have committed offences under the Telecommunications Act and OPI legislation. She said the damage to her relationship with Mr Mullett was "irreperable". `"It will be very difficult for us to work together in the future,'' she said. "I have formed the view with a great deal of thought that he has in fact breached the telecommunications interception act and ... the provisions of the OPI act," Ms Nixon told reporters. "I have done this with some regret but I believe it's an appropriate step to take." Inquiry head Murray Wilcox, QC, accused Sen-Sgt Mullett today of acting above the law. Mr Wilcox today said the union boss had acted in a "god-like" manner by discussing the confidential OPI hearings with Mr Ashby. Closing the week-long inquiry today, the former Federal Court judge said it had failed to provide a "smoking gun" to prove Sen-Sgt Mullett had interfered in a murder investigation. But the only rational explanation appeared to be that he did so, Mr Wilcox said. He did, however, lay out a case for the claims that Sen-Sgt Mullett was part of a chain of leaks which ended in suspended policeman Peter Lalor being told he was the target of a secret investigation - Operation Briars - into a 2003 ...

These students are (Namrita, Ashneeta, Jake, Lauren and Alec) apart of the IST (computer) studies class and this film was their extra curricular project. The project was given 10 weeks to complete. It was completed in 4. John Edmondson is located at Horningsea Park, Sydney, NSW, Australia. This video incurred no cost what so ever. As a result the video was of poor quality, Adobe CS4 was used to create this film, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Soundbooth, Media Encoder and Flash Pro. A JVC Everio Camcorder was used to shoot the film at School and at a students house. The 5 NSW DET Laptops and 1 home PC was used to edit and finalize the footage. At least 25 hours of work was put into this project by each student (a total of 125 hours to complete). A Special thanks to all those who were in the video and those who helped us out.

Some time ago (in 2006), me and Sanne took German-classes at our school. Our teacher had some connections with another German-teacher in France, and they decided to make us students send mails to eachother... followed up by a meeting in "Göttingen". Me and Sanne took the videocamera with us and the result was a 30min long movie. Here, I've picked out some of the "goodies" in it. Enjoy! I högstadiet hade jag och Sanne tyska som språkval, och vår lärare hade kontakt med en annan tyskalärare i Frankrike.. Dom ordnade så att vi elever började brevväxla med varandra, och till slut blev det en träff, i Göttingen. Jag och Sanne tog med oss videokameran och det blev en 30minuters film. Här har jag dock skalat ner den till 10 minuter med lite blandade godbitar!

Simon Kjaer è stato nominato Talento Danese dell´Anno 2009 dall´Associazione dei Calciatori Danesi. Dal 1999, il premio per il Talento Danese dell´Anno è assegnata dall´Associazione dei Calciatori Danesi. This is the famous incident between Tie Domi of the Maple Leafs and Scott Niedermayer of the Devils. It's from game four of the team's 2001 second round playoff series. In the dying seconds of the game, Niedermayer viciously headbutts Domi's elbow. To make a bad situation even worse, Niedermayer then lays down on the ice for a nap, refusing to leave until they bring him a portable bed. As a direct result of this incident, Domi was unable to play again until well into the next season.
