Well, here it is, my Red Alert review that I spent weeks on. I consider Red Alert to be one of my personal favorites, mainly because Westwood was just starting with Tiberian Dawn, and here, they gave this the same formula, but bigger, better, and more awesome than before. There are a lot more units to use, along with two new sides to play. But, will it be enough for you to buy it, even today?
My first review in HD. Command & Conquer is another childhood game that I've played. As a matter of fact, I first played this game on the Sega Saturn when I was 5 years old. It was literally the first real time strategy game I've ever played, and I loved every second of it. The review didn't come out as expected, so expect a few hiccups here and there.

Here's e2m5 (Command Center), of myUltimate Doom playthough! This is completely vanilla Doom, played through DOSBOX. I'm using mouse control, and admittedly, it takes me a while to get used to playing with holding down run the whole time, while using WASD, changing weapons on the fly, and not being able to turn off vertical mouse movement. But I think I do rather well. :) Hope you all enjoy the playthrough.

The Jerusalem virus was incredibly widespread, with hundreds of variants produced during its life span. It caused a massive slowdown of the system along with a random shifting of lines up on the screen, but since these payloads can take hours to activate I did not include them in the video. Jerusalem also has a more destructive payload, when it deletes files on Friday the 13th rather than infecting them. It then throws the error "Bad Command or file name" to attempt to mask its activity, but this also makes it more noticeable as it should read "Bad command or file name".

This time my motivation was a request. I didn't plan to make a video in the next two weeks, but I did anyways. Of course,there are many other videos on youtube with the DOOM/DOOM2-OST, but they all use the MS-GS-Wavetable or other PCM-based synthesizer. This make the music sound "more real", but not Doom-like anymore. "Skulltag" includes a great OPL-synthesizer which plays the music back "correctly" (our soundblaster-card in '95 sounded almost the same). "dosbox"s synth doesn't sound bad, but many instruments are just weird there xd

A quick preview video of an app I am going to review this week. snakedos is by developer Andy Lin, and is a very fun take on a classic game. The game features a 1 player mode with progressive levels (each getting harder!) and a 2 player Bluetooth mode so you can try and kill your friend's snake.
