Original Air Date: May 22nd, 2009 Megami Paradise (女神天国or Megami Tengoku) is a Japanese game I bought off of eBay two years back for $6.99 for the PC Engine (Super CD). As I was checking for information, I was a little surprised by the lack of info on the game. All I found was some mid-range quality cover scans, the two animes made after this game on VHS, and little to no real screenshots. In fact, I couldn't even find an iso of it on the net for download, only it's PC-FX sequel (though one might exist), which puzzled me even more in this silly thing we call life these days. So since I haven't seen anyone else with videos for this, I felt I should put some up. The game deals with a young goddess (in training...sort of) named Ling-Ling (Rin-Rin) who is as clueless as she is smokin hot...in case you don't know, she's an idiot (a lot of the time). One day, four mysterious orbs land in Ling-Ling's magical world...the orbs are meant to maintain balance, but Ling-Ling thinks otherwise. She plays with them instead and ends up losing all of them! If they fall into the wrong hands, evil will fill the world...and their is a dark group of goddesses who seek them for themselves. More explained in gameplay. The game features talented seiyuu, but one of particular note is Kikuko Inoue (井上喜久子) who has voiced many popular characters in anime and video games (Black/Matrix, Ah! My Goddess, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and even Evil Zone's Ihadurca, among many other things ...
"One" is a song by the American heavy metal band Metallica. It was released as the fourth and final single from their fourth album ...And Justice for All. "One" was also the band's first Top 40 hit single, peaking at #35 on the Billboard Hot 100. It is one of their most popular songs and has remained a permanent live staple since the release of the album. Like "Fade to Black", "Welcome Home (Sanitarium)" and "The Day That Never Comes", the song starts off slow and clean, but as the song goes on, becomes heavier and faster, leading up to a tapping solo by Kirk Hammett, and a dual guitar solo by Kirk Hammett and James Hetfield. Despite being a big hit on the Billboard Hot 100 and the music video receiving heavy airplay on MTV, the song itself received very little to no radio airplay, due to its "violent" lyrics and length of over seven minutes. "One" was written in November 1987 by Metallica's principal composers James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich. The song was released in 1989 as the fourth and final single taken from the album. For the first 19 seconds of the song there are a series of sound effects with a battle theme, an artillery barrage and helicopter are heard and continues slightly over a clean tone guitar intro by Hetfield before Kirk Hammett comes in over the top with a clean-toned solo. The song speeds up after Ulrich's drums come in and continues until each chorus, when the guitars become heavy and distorted before returning to clean. There is a second solo by ...

Unfortunately this is the only footage I have of the famous Not Only But Also 1960s British Comedy series by Dudley Moore and Peter Cook. Not Only... But Also was a popular 1960s BBC British television series starring Peter Cook and Dudley Moore. The show was originally intended as a solo project for Moore, called Not Only Dudley Moore, But Also His Guests. However, unsure about going it alone, Moore invited his partner from Beyond the Fringe, Peter Cook, to guest in the pilot (along with Diahann Carroll and John Lennon, who was to make two more appearances during the course of the series). So popular was the double act — in particular "The Dagenham Dialogues", that Cook was invited to become a permanent fixture and the show became Not Only Peter Cook and Dudley Moore, But Also Their Guests, though it was only ever really referred to as Not Only... But Also. Three series were made: January to April 1965 (prod/dir Joe McGrath), January to February 1966 (prod/dir Dick Clement) and February to May 1970 (prod/dir Jimmy Gilbert). John Street produced the (surviving) 1966 Boxing Day Special - despite initial tension with Cook, the results were excellent. After the first series, episodes usually began with a sketch based primarily around revealing the words "NOT ONLY... BUT ALSO..." in huge letters placed in obscure places (for example, the aircraft carrier Ark Royal). Among the most famous items on the show were the "Dagenham Dialogues" between Pete and Dud, which were rambling ...
