Urban Creep were a seminal South African rock band. The band was formed in 1994 and recorded two critically acclaimed albums, `Sea Level` and `Tightroper`. `Sea Level` was nominated for Rock album of the year 1995 at the South African Music Industry awards. `Sea Level` and `Slow Thighs` both got to number 1 on the 5fm top 40 in 1995 and 1997 respectively. Canadian singer from London, Ontario, Meaghan Smith grew up in a household of musicians. Her whole family sang or played instruments and although she's been singing since she was a child, her stage fright initially sent her into opting for animation school. Playing secret shows for her friends though, she was overheard by an engineer who recorded voices for animations. He convinced her to let him record a demo CD and she fell in love with music again. Meaghan decided to deal with her stage fright and now she's winning awards like the East Coast Music Awards for "Pop Album of the Year" and the Juno Award for "Best New Artist". This is our 2nd interview with Meaghan and we talked to her about how she deals with stage fright and anxiety and we really got to know her so enjoy!

The Tom Fun Orchestra put on a wonderful performance at the ECMA 2007 Mainstage in Halifax Nova Scotia. This group of artists who are all from Cape Breton are always entertaining to watch perform live, from their early days of touring you could not really know what to expect since getting all the members to be able to make all the shows is difficult. The Tom Fun Orchestra has gone onto preforming in the UK since this performance as well as honestly putting on the best performance I have ever seen on the Canada Day weekend at the Stan Rogers Folk Festival. They had everyone up shaking and didn't stop until everyone has swarmed to the front of the stage. It is always a pleasure to film a Tom Fun performance because you never really know what to expect.
